in this role as props designer; i completed script analysis and research, maintained detailed paperwork outlining prop tracking and budgeting, sourced all props from stock and online/in-person shopping, and built/altered existing items to fulfill my design. my favorite props this show were ariel's contract which i made from fabric and vinyl, and the pufferfish i made from paper mache and golf tees. i also used dry ice with the cauldron, but that turned out being rather expensive, so if i were to do this show again i would definitely explore fog alternatives.
